A deeply antisocial neighbour

As an update on this weeks assault:

Despite being arrested and charged, the neighbour from hell continues to express himself. This time it was coming down while I was at the property with one of the builders and banging the wheelie bins around in the front garden, slamming the main entrance door, and stomping on the floor above.

Its a practice he has wielded against previous tenants in both my property and that of another landlord. For tenants simply wishing to have a peaceful place to live, its a mean form of intimidation. Its hardly reason to call the police, but it does have the effect of putting people on edge, which is one of the main reasons that previous tenants have given up.

For one reason or another, this problem has been given to me, so I shall continue to find legal ways to deal with it. Any ideas, let me know!
